About me & My approach
« I am a French, Multilingual Instructional Designer & Senior Learning Experience Specialist (French–English–Spanish) with over 10 years’ experience in Distance Learning Design, Languages and Educational Psychology. Specialist in EdTech, designing and delivering technical training in English, French and Spanish for global leaders. I work flexibly as a Freelancer or Contractor, and adapt to the needs of global teams and projects.
Specialized in e-learning design SCORM-compliant content creation, LMS integration (Articulate Storyline, Rise, and other tools), Alpha/Beta testing, and e-learning quality assurance. Proven track record in team leadership, global teams expert, cross-functional coordination, and talent sourcing. My approach combines convergent and divergent thinking, applying creativity psychology in distance learning design to create engaging, results-focused programmes that address challenges such as motivation, focus, and digital fatigue. I incorporate creative, game-based methods suited for today’s remote and digital learning contexts.
Holding a background in Cognitive-Educational Psychology and Language Education. I studied at British and French primary schools in an international expat environment, and I completed my education through distance education from secondary school to Master’s university. This direct experience equips me with key insights into the challenges of distance learners in contemporary remote and digital learning environments. »
